AGARTALA, Feb 15 (TIWN): Tripura’s biggest ever Election Manifesto Fraud happened in 2018 Election when the BJP promised about 50,000 Govt Jobs in a year, solution of 10323 teachers issue, IT hub, SMART phones for around 25 lakhs youths, regularizing all Govt employees who are contractual now and unlimited promises but none of them was fulfilled. Instead of regularizing, thousands of employees were terminated.7th Pay Commission which was promised by the then Assam CM Sarbananda Sonowal himself was not fulfilled.

However, now the BJP is focussing on new issues and new promises and as part of it, Sonowal promised to “help” the Govt to build 50 Aayush Health and Wellness Centres. Now, whether such new promises will lure the voters of Tripura or not, only time will show.

But Assam's current CM Himanta Biswa Sarma has become infamous for his "ghuma ghuma ke chalana" pre-poll dialogue in 2018 and National leader Sunil Deodhar who is popular as "Missed Call Baba" are totally out of the scene so far. Question raises, are they ashamed to show their faces to the voters of Tripura ?
