AGARTALA, Feb 14 (TIWN): Today a local newspaper, ‘Probhati’ has published news on Jiten Choudhury’s statement that some Ministers of State Govt are being involved with extortion, where it was mentioned 6% -15% commission has been taking from the suppliers and Contractors. Reacting on CPIM leader Jiten Chudhury’s statement, Minister Sushanta Choudhury claimed, “By tarnishing our Govt they (CPIM) are trying to bring People beside them, which will never be successful”.
Reacting to Jiten Choudhury’s corruption allegation against the State Govt’s Ministers, Sushanta Choudhury asked to Proof which Ministers are collecting Commissions. Besides threatenedJiten Choudhury in the Press meet if he could not prove who has taken bribes then to apologise to the State Govt.
Amid TSR job Scandal allegation done by deprived TSR candidates that most of the candidates were selected in exchange of money, Minister Sushanta Choudhury claimed, the Govt is moving forward by maintaining transparency.
