AGARTALA, Feb 14 (TIWN): Corruption in job-recruitment has turned part of Tripura BJP Governance along with sudden cancellation of ongoing recruitment. Fearing recruitment cancellation or corruption, job aspirants again gheraoed the JRBT office on Monday as after last time they had gheraoed the office, they were said that soon a solution will come out but no solution has yet come out and no result was published. Today, to meet the chairman, JRBT job aspirants gheraoed the office. Talking to the media a youth said, “We had protested on 2nd February and then we were told that by 1 week, the result will come out or at least a solution will be given by talking to the chairman. We want transparent recruitment because such mysterious delay is creating a negative mindset within us”.

The job aspirants also displayed banners seeking 'Immediate Recruitment', 'Publish the Results of JRBT' to awaken the State Govt from slumber and to take immediate action.

They gheraoed the JRBT Office also on February 2nd but it could not make any impact on the Govt as so far nothing could be known when JRBT results will be published.

“Our exams were taken on August 2021 and it was said, by January 31st the results will be declared but right now without any proper reason, the exams are being delayed. When we are trying to reach out to the officials, the phone numbers of the official website are not giving any response. When we are sending an email, an auto-generated message saying, ‘result is under process’ is coming. We are tense. Many of us are becoming over-aged. We do not want the processing should be canceled by any chance. Tripura state is already suffering from major unemployment problems and if results are not declared, the unemployment rate will be higher”, said a job aspirant.

In JRBT, huge numbers of candidates participated from other states.

Tripura now ranks 3rd in unemployment rate in the entire country and 1st in Northeast.
