AGARTALA, Feb 1 (TIWN): Bhattapukur Airmara area’s local people will be evicted before the rainy season, said AMC Mayor Dipak Majumder.

The Mayor along with Urban Development Mission Director Sailesh Yadav visited Ward No- 35, 36, 37, 38 and checked the water logging problem there.

Talking to media, Dipak Majumder said, the water logging problem will be resolved by making water discharging swages and also the locals at the narrow water-line area will be given notice and to be evicted.
