AGARTALA, Jan 30 (TIWN): Amid night curfew theft cases have increased state-wide. Reportedly thieves looted four cows from two houses in the darkness of night. The theft incident took place on Saturday night in Sekerkote East area under Kamalasagar Assembly constituency.
It is known that the thieves raided two houses in a row and took away four cows. The thieves took a cow from Durga Das’s home, a helpless poor resident of Sekerkote East area, and 3 cows from Sushen Bhowmik’s home next to Durga Das’s home.
The theft incident came to light on Sunday Morning. However, a cow has rescued a little distance from their house, but the entire theft incident erupted tension among locals.
Centering the theft incident in the area erupted questions among locals about Police patrolling.
