AGARTALA, Jan 30 (TIWN): In one night, curfew was imposed on two houses in the same area.
The incident took place on Saturday night in the Sekerkot East Para area of ??the Kamalasagar assembly constituency.
It is known that the thieves looted two houses in a row and took away four cows.
The thieves took a cow from the house of Durga Das, a helpless poor resident of Sekerkot East, and three cows from the house of her neighbour Sushen Bhowmik. The theft incident came to light this morning. Hearing their screams, the locals gathered and searched a distance from the house and rescued a cow.
