AGARTALA, Jan 25 (TIWN): Although BJP majorly has failed to keep its pre-election promises but it’s all set for 2023 Assembly Elections in Tripura.Earlier Biplab Deb said that before seeking vote he will submit a report card to the people but so far no promise done by the BJP in the Vision Document was fulfilled. However, Ratan Lal Nath on January 29 during Kokborok Day celebration said, Tripura BJP Govt only got 2 years for works due to Covid taking away 2 years.
Ratan Lal Nath was briefing about what Tripura Govt has done to upgrade the Kokborok language when said so.
Ratan Lal Nath said, “Kokborok has a lot of opportunities to generate employment. Now it is the main query of what our Govt has done for the language’s expansion. Remember, our Govt could not work for 2 years for Corona. Still, we have made Kokborok for students. In the same way during the interviews also, the language has been promoted”.
“By March we will recruit Kokborok PGT teachers……”, added the Minister.
