AGARTALA, Jan 24 (TIWN): Two bike riders were seriously injured in a head-on collision between a bike and Max car. The incident took place on Sonamura Melaghar main road near Sonamura PS.

According to the details, the car with registration number-TR01C4347 was coming to Sonamura Motor Stand with passengers from Jatanbari. On the other hand, a motorbike with the registration number- TR07D7116 was heading towards Melaghar from Sonamura. On the main road at Dhuliai under Sonamura PS both the bike and car collided head-on.

Hridoy Hossain (30), and Priyas Ahmed (28) were seriously injured in the incident. Sonamura police rushed to the spot and the injured persons were taken to Sonamura Hospital. After initial treatment in the hospital, the injured persons were sent to the GB hospital for better treatment.
