AGARTALA, Jan 24 (TIWN): One of the topmost Govt hospitals in Agartala Indira Gandhi Memorial (IGM) hospital suffers due to various infrastructure problems. The elevator of the hospital is non-functional for 24 hours but the authority has no concern. On Monday, only after the media reached the hospital, the officials started checking the matter. The patients are suffering a lot due to the paralyzed condition of the lift. Patient parties are forced to use stairs to meet the Doctors and patients.

Talking to a hospital worker, he said, "We are trying to fix the matter. From yesterday night around 2 am, it is disturbing. The patients are unable to come out and patients parties are using the stairs".
