AGARTALA, Dec 30 (TIWN): While addressing on the occasion of SFI’s foundation day, former Minister Bhanulal Saha said 10% democracy of the nation does not exist now.

The former Communist Minister cited the latest Municipal Poll and massive rigging happened in the poll.

“Voting rights is one of the democratic rights and the basic right of the people was not taken into account and voters were beaten up, even senior citizens have not been spaced. Socialism is thus the only key to restore democracy”, Saha told the media at the Chatra Yuva Bhawan.
