Reportedly, acting on tip-off the Bishalgarh police in a joint venture seized a Maruti car with registration number TR 07C508 and recovered 460 Yaba tablets and 25,500 rupees in cash and arrested two persons named Abhijit Ghosh and Prosenjit Pal. Both of them are residents of Dhanpur area.

 

It is known that Abhijit Ghosh is the elder brother of Prosenji Ghosh, the former district president of the Yuba Morcha of Sipahijala district and is is also a prominent activist of the BJP party himself, is the main hero of this drug business. However, police filed a case under NDPS act against the two accused and they were sent to Bisalgarh court on Tuesday afternoon.
