10323 terminated teachers to gherao Siksha Bhawan

AGARTALA, Nov 29 (TIWN): A team of 10323 terminated teachers on Monday went to meet the authority of Education Department seeking a reply on the uncertainty they are facing after being terminated from their jobs. The Education Department has not given any official reply yet whereas it was promised that they will come to a conclusion and will secure the livelihood of 10323 sacked teachers.
While talking to media one terminated teacher said, "Our last and only demand is job. We are suffering without doing any wrong. We had no fault in this matter. If someone is to be blamed, it is the Department, the Minister and the people who recruited us in a wrong way. We have faced the interview properly, with proper marksheets. Our documents were not forged, then we are we suffering?"
He also added, "If the department can't give us solution, we will paralyse the department. We will snatch our jobs."
The 10323 terminated teachers also said that they have given the department a period of 10 days to revert them back on this matter otherwise they will gherao the Siksha Bhawan.
