AGARTALA, Nov 29 (TIWN): Tripura BJP has won municipal Poll with 100% rigging, intimidation, and violence but since yesterday, BJP is desperate to prove that the Left Front is the main competent of BJP and not TMC.From Pratima Bhowmik to today Ratan Lal Nath, all are batting to prove Left as the major opposition. The question arises, why has the BJP always been afraid of TMC? Cases were lodged against TMC’s almost all leaders who participated in Tripura Municipal Poll campaigning. Broad-day light attacks were organized on TMCand an “attempt to murder” case was lodged against TMC leader Sayani Ghosh.
After TMC claimed it is the second vote sharer, CPI-M state secretary Jitendra Choudhury protested against the claim whereas BJP Minister Ratan Lal Nath today aggressively came before media to prove that it is not second but third after Left. As TMC reminded BJP got 14% votes in Municipal Poll before 2018 poll, Ratan Lal Nath stated TMC is not 3 months old but 22years old, although on the contrary BJP is also very old party as per Tripura CM’s claim about his father was a Janata Dal worker and lots of BJP leaders’ existence in Tripura. But the question arises, why is BJP so irked overTMC’s arrival in Tripura?
TMC got 1 seat and Left got 3 seats in the state and there are debates about who is the major opposition.
