AGARTALA, Nov 28 (TIWN): Mockery was done in the name of Election as No VVPAT and No CCTV arrangement was done in Municipal Poll on 25th Nov. Due to lack of enough security arrangements and Police’s apathy, huge margin of ‘Chappa Vote’ (Fake Vote) cast by ruling BJP. Such rigging incidents are not secret but bare and open in media, social media.

Various Booth Rigging, Booth capturing videos went viral in Social media but despite having enough evidence Tripura Police failed to take action against the criminals who snatched public's voting rights.

Along with Tripura Police, the State Election Commission role was anti-people and pro-BJP. As a result, many voters were forced to returne on Poll Day from the Voting Centers by saying ‘Your vote is already cast’. Many common voters were threatened to be murdered on the Poll Day.

Netizens have slammed BJP for its celebration at the death of Democracy.
