AGARTALA, Nov 14 (TIWN): Not only Opposition parties but now Tripura BJP MLA Sudip Roy Barman has raised concerns over the law and order situation in the state.

Complaining about his own constituency Agartala-6, Sudip Roy Barman wrote a letter to DGP requesting him to announce his constituency as a sensitive area for poll and to beef up the security at the same time.

His statement came amid state-wide BJP led broad daylight attacks on the opposition parties and some of the BJP leaders’ open direction to the party workers to organize attacks on the opposition.

Sudip Roy Barman has demanded that Ward No-5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, 12, 13 should be given special focus alleging people are being threatened there by criminals.
