BELONIA, Nov 6 (TIWN): BJP party has terrorised Belonia Ward No-5 ahead of Municipal Poll.

Today TMC candidate’s father was kidnapped. On the other hand, CPI-M candidate Bhola Das’s home was violently attacked.

On Saturday night BJP miscreants entered the home and organized the attack.

TMC Candidate of Belonia Ward No-5 Dolon Das's father was kidnapped allegedly by BJP in a threat to withdraw nomination.

The State Election Commission’s role has remained numb and there is no control over the violence amid repeated complaints by the opposition. 

BJP already has won over hundred seats (around 30%) uncontested allegedly through massive violence, attacks and pre-poll rigging and now during nomination submission processes, the demand of withdrawal of nomination has resulted in Ward No-5 like incidents.
