AGARTALA, Nov 2 (TIWN): Bishalgarh Traffic Police imposed fines of Rs 10,000 from 10- 12 vehicles on Tuesday during vehicle checks on Charilam Chechurimai Road.
Fines were imposed mainly due to over speeding, overloading and due to invalid documents and those who refused to pay fines on spot cases under MV ACT were filed against the law violators and will pay fine at court .
Since Tuesday morning, the Traffic Police have checked 40-45 vehicles. The entire vehicle checking was done led by Bishalgarh Traffic Assistant Hemant Debbarma.
