AGARTALA, Oct 27 (TIWN): Soon after the attack on Hindu Community in Bangladesh a group of miscreants attempted to break the peace, harmony and unity among all communities in Tripura by vandalising, attacking and setting fire in various places of Tripura. Over this issue, Tripura Democratic Front (TDF) placed a memorandum to the DG at Police Headquarter.

A delegation of 5 members placed the memorandum over the deteriorating law and order situation. The TDF also demanded the Police administration should take strong action lawful immediately against the miscreants.

However, TDF's Advisory Committee chairman, Tapas Das earlier placed a memorandum to the Bangladesh High Commissioner and Home Minister of India.

A delegation member of the TDF party said that if the law and order situation is not restored, then the TDF party members will go for massive protest.
