AGARTALA, Oct 21 (TIWN): Over property dispute a family was beaten up brutally and a 18 year girl was stabbed. The incident occurred at Natunnagar Cooperative area.

The injured girl has been identified as Namita Debnath, 18 years old, resident of Natunnagar Cooperative area. The injured girl alleged her neighbour Tulsi Debnath and his wife Swarasati Debnath along with five members had beaten up Namita and her parents over land dispute. Also she was beaten up brutally and stabbed on legs.

After the incident the injured girl was taken to GB hospital, where she needed many stitches and is currently undergoing treatment.

A case has been filed against five people at Airport PS.
