UDAIPUR, December 24 (TIWN: More than 75 tribal families living in Warenbari area are now suffering from basic amenities like drinking water, sanitation and pucca shed for shelter. More importantly even in this so called era of development under Manik Sarkar's Golden Era, these tribal people have to drink impure water collected from a stream that flows more than 2km away from there residences.

 And quite naturally these families , especially the children, are now suffering from various water borne diseases. This is the horrible plight of the people living in Warengbari area. Today when TIWN team reached the area , many tribal women are seen going to distant places with pitchers in the laps to collect water from a stream for drinking purpose.

Their condition simply reminds us of the ancient tribes living in an uncivilized area. State Govt has been campaigning quite frequently that is has achieved the target of supplying purified drinking water and during the UPA led Govt it has succeeded to win various prizes for implementing developmental projects. 

Once a man visits this area he will be surprised to see that so-called claims of developmet is harshly ridiculed by the existing condition of the people of Warebgbari. Unless immediately, state govt, Gomati District administration take immediate step to improve their conditions, at any time epidemic may break out .
