Charilam Gramin Bank Customers angry over Bank’s inability to update passbooks for 3 months

CHARILAM, Sep 9 (TIWN): Charilam Gramin Bank customers have alleged Bank’s negligence in customer care as over 3 months their passbooks remained non-updated.
Customers said that they have been regularly visiting the Bank for the last few months but each time with the excuse of Server Down depressing the customers.
However, talking to a Bank Official, he said that throughout the state in many branches same server related problems are regularly reported. The problem for the customers was never created by the Bank intentionally.
However, the Bank customers demanded an immediate solution to the problem.
