AGARTALA, Sep 22 (TIWN): Rural Education is yet a far dream in Tripura due to shortage of teachers and infrastructure crisis.

Such a scenario was noticed in Jampuijala RD Block ADC Village’s Prabhabpur SB School.

The school was established in 1967 but due to lack of maintenance and negligence of the Govt, right now it has remained just as a skeleton.

No drinking water, proper sanitation are available there. Also classes are suffering to severe infrastructure related problems.

As only 2 teachers are appointed there for the primary section and for class-1 to Class-8 only 3 teachers, the classes are being managed anyhow by composing them into a single cluster.
