AGARTALA, Sep 5 (TIWN): In Indranagar's Rajasree Deb suicide case, Trinamool leader Panna Deb has been sent for 3 days police remand. Rajashree Deb was suffering from mental illness and committed suicide in her own home. She accused TMC leader Panna Deb and two more persons behind her suicide. However, police have arrested only Panna Deb.On the other side, the deceased woman's mother said that no complaint was lodged by any family member and Panna Deb has no link with her death. She said that her daughter was a mental patient and was undergoing treatment. The TMC leader's arrest took place after the 30 years old woman who is also niece of Panna Deb wrote Panna Deb and two more persons' names in her suicide note.However, the family members of the suicidal victim girl said that she had mental problems and her mental illness is on record. Panna Deb was not allowed to talk to the media.

Reacting over her arrest, TMC leader Sushmita Dev said that TMC was expecting her arrest and the party was prepared for it. "Same vendetta politics were played before the Bengal election also and this is not something new for us. Such actions will not affect TMC's ongoing works", Sushmita Dev said in a joining programme in Agartala.
