The issue started regarding a paddy land owned by Uttam Debnath, resident of Parimal Chowmuhni area. Uttam Debnath and his family members alleged that every season their neighbours Bikash Debnath and Rajib Debnath cuts down the crops of their land. Centering this issue, a fight erupted between the two families on Friday morning.

With a short period of time, the argument turned into a massive fight. Seeing this incident, the locals and family members rushed to the spot and took the injured persons to hospital. Atleast four people from both sides sustained injuries to their hands, legs and chest. The four were taken to Bishramganj Primary Hospital. 

A case was filed at Bishramganj police station on behalf of both the families. This incident erupted a situation of tension in the locality of Parimal Chowmuhni area.
