Teliamura Police have visited the College and checked the spot where the liquor bottles were found. Police started a formal inquiry in the matter.

There is no CCTV camera in the college which has left police clueless. 

Such incidents are however not new in Tripura's Education institutions as earlier also in schools, colleges such traces were found. Earlier in a school of Tripura, Drug remaining were found. 

It has been suspected that during the night-hours outsiders of the College might have done this in Teliamura Degree College but centering this incident, questions raised over the security system in the College.
