AGARTALA, Aug 22 (TIWN): BJP MLA Sudip Roy Barman has called for peace on the occasion of Rakhi Bandhan festival.
"No sister should be attacked and I appeal for peace and unity on this Rakhi festival which will signify the true meaning of the day", said Barman.
The statement came when Shandya Welfare Society members met BJP MLA Sudip Roy Barman on Rakhi Bandhan festival.
