AGARTALA, Aug 17 (TIWN): BJP's Vision Document which had played a crucial role to uplift the party to power, is now facing massive drop of popularity and suffers due to public support scarcity just at 3.5 years of completions. Out of uncountable promises given by the BJP to the voters before the 2018 Election, "Regularization" of Govt Employees was one which gained at least lakhs of votes for the BJP. At the same time, the solution of 10323 teachers' problems promised managed around over 30,000 votes. But now with the election nearing, the promises are far from being fulfilled, rather the state has been undergoing massive terminations of the contractual employees.
Tripura High Court has ordered the Govt of Tripura to regularize the SSA employees but after the deadline crossed, there is no step by the Govt to follow the Court's order. At the same time NHM, RMSA and other contractual employees have not been regularized yet and by this time, many employees have gone into retirement. Resentments have erupted among the contractual employees as Tripura Govt remains silent over the regularization matter.
