AGARTALA, Aug 11 (TIWN): Immature politician Biplab Deb who is fully responsible for BJP's popularity downfall in Tripura starting from his brainstorming quotes like 'Diana Hayden is Unworthy to be Miss World' to 'Internet was existing in Mahabharata's time' has literally made Trinamool famous in Tripura by arresting I-PAC team, attacking BJP activists, attacks on Abhishek Banerjee's vehicle like incidents. Now, instead of taking action against miscreants who attacked Abhishek Banerjee, Biplab Deb Govt has filed a case against Abhishek Banerjee in Khowai with baseless allegations. Though baseless, sources said, Trinamool will not go to Court so soon and will further utilize this incident like before. The case was registered against Abhishek Banerjee and 4 more Trinamool leaders Kunal Ghosh, Dola Sen, Subal Bhowmik, Bratya Basu in Khowai PS alleging that they threatened police in the police station. However, Abhishek Banerjee on August 8 has played the exact role of opposition leader which could not be played by Left and Congress leaders till now.

Abhishek Banerjee logically asked the police why BJP goons who had been surrounding the police station and attacked Trinamool activists were not arrested and why the attacked people were arrested ? However, yesterday 5 Trinamool activists were arrested by Police and sent to jail custody for 5 days and now Biplab Deb has ordered an FIR against Abhishek Banerjee, the General Secretary of Trinamool Congress who has defeated BJP in Bengal.
