AGARTALA, Aug 10 (TIWN): In shocking information, it has been known that Trinamool activists who were arrested were not allowed to take legal support yet and the Lawyer who would fight in the Court was not provided with any case record for long. Tripura High Court PP has joined with Police in this political case to bat for the BJP Govt led fabricated case, where victims were arrested instead of the culprits. Addressing the media, West Bengal Law Minister Malay Ghatak said, "5 Trinamool activists were arrested with fabricated allegations. Just now, we have reported that a total 12 persons' names are there in the case. But our Lawyer said that no record was provided to him. A minimum record is mandatory in any case but no record is being provided. After the record comes, he will go through it and then only anything can be said. What can be expected from Biplab Deb Govt ?"
"You must have seen how our workers were beaten up. How Abhishek Banerjee was attacked during his temple visit. But by injuring and killing Trinamool Congress activists, nobody can stop Trinamool Congress", he added.
Tripura Trinamool leader Subal Bhowmik said, "West Bengal's Minister himself has come to Ambassa but no police official is ready to meet him. Our workers were arrested with non-bailable charges".
The arrest was made after BJP workers held an attack on Trinamool activists in Ambassa and a protest erupted but till now no case was lodged against the BJP workers who attacked on Trinamool activists.
In the attack incident of Abhishek Banerjee no BJP activist was arrested though attackers' faces were visible in viral footage.
