AGARTALA, Aug 10 (TIWN): Propaganda rather than actual work has been the policy of Biplab Deb Govt and on Monday another such an example came out after a proramme was organized to distribute earthen Tea cups costing lakhs.

Such distributions could be done by any official without such wastes in programmes when people are starving in Tripura, committing suicide out of poverty.
