After Abhishek Banerjee's leaving, the BJP activists allegedly attacked a person named as Bittu Das for raising slogans for Abhishek Banerjee at Udaipur. While interacting with media on Monday the National general secretary of Trinamool has warned BJP not to attack any Trinamool supporters further otherwise they have to face the legal consequences."No Trinamool activist will be parent less in Tripura. Attacking any of them would be equivalent of attacking Mamta Banerjee and BJP has to face the legal consequences."

On Monday evening after Abhishek Banerjee's press conference, the Trinamool leaders including Bratya Basu, Ritabrata Banerjee and others met the victim Bittu Das and consulted with him. They also said that they will file an FIR against the attackers of Bittu Das soon.
