AGARTALA, July 30 (TIWN): Terminated 10,323 teachers who are the victims of BJP’s pre-poll fake promise, staged a demonstration at the Circuit House demanding their jobs back, were arrested by Police.
“Since last 17 months we have been surviving without job, no source of income, also no government allowance we have received amid such Covid situations ! How to run family expenditure ?” asked the terminated 10,323 teachers in the agitation spot.
'Police's active roles can notice in 10,323 teachers' protests, not in ruling party’s meetings and gatherings', alleged the arrested Teachers.
"With various diseases many teachers are suffering at home without treatment, unable to run their families amid such tough situations. Already 105 teachers died by, Heart-Attacks, committing suicide and without proper treatment but the Government in slumber and forgot about “Vision Document” promise", said the teachers.
“Education Department terminated us verbally. We did not receive any termination copy yet, which is an unpremeditated matter in this Country. The State Government failed to provide us our terminated copy”, said JMC.
The terminated JMC members requested the State Govt to save their lives.
