AGARTALA, July 19 (TIWN): Reminding the BJP led Tripura Govt about its pre-election promise, physically challenged 10323 teacher Pijush Das (70% physically challenged) requested Tripura Govt to fulfill its pre-election promise given to the teachers. He said he is unable to manage his family expenditure anymore and is left with no other option for survival. He is not the first one who is suffering due to the crisis but like him more physically challenged, terminated teachers are on the verge of death with their families. Many teachers died of heart attack, many without treatment and many chose to commit suicide but all these could not move the State Govt at all amid its pre-election clear promise to the teachers to save their lives and livelihoods. So far, the death toll has risen to 104.

There are many such stories with similar fates.
Story of Balarman Ghosh : The terminated graduate teacher Balaram Ghosh was seen as if he was counting his last days. Due to multiple organ failure, his condition is critical. Balaram Ghosh's wife broke down into tears while talking to the media. She said that they don't have money for food and how to manage his treatment's money is just unthinkable. She also mentioned that other terminated teachers are helping them as per their capacity but she has no clue what to do. Talking to media, JMC member Bijoy Krishna Saha said, Balaram Ghosh was suffering from diabetes for a long time but recently he was suffering from fever and from liver to kidney all organs are found affected. Also he suffered from mild-stroke recently. We will try to admit him in GB hospital but how will the family manage his treatment?"
The teacher's wife has requested CM Biplab Deb to look at her family and to see how they are living.
