AGARTALA, July 13 (TIWN): In 6 month's contractual job recruitments in MPW posts, Tripura Govt has announced a list but no proper recruitment rule was followed in the recruitment process, alleged job aspirants. Even the University topper of 2017 did not qualify for the job. Today deprived job aspirants protested at the Health Director's office in protest against the alleged corruption. Talking to the media, an agitating job aspirant said, "Today we have come here because the selected candidates' list has been published but the Govt has not followed any seniority basis rules and also did not check the academic marks of the candidates. I myself was the topper of 2017 batch but I did not get the job"

One more job aspirant said, "There was an ongoing recruitment, which was cancelled by the new Govt that came in power in 2018. Still we met Sudip Roy Barman, the then Health Minister but then he was sacked and since then we are trying to meet the incumbent Health Minister that is the Chief Minister Biplab Deb but he never met us. One day, we waited to meet him the whole day but he did not meet us. We are unemployed for 5 years and now the Govt has recruited on contract basis only for 6 months and then also, no rules and regulation is being maintained".
However, as per the new Recruitment Rules under BJP Govt, any viva test will be clear videography. Now, it is to be checked whether that mandatory rule was followed there or not.
