AGARTALA, July 11 (TIWN): Petrol consumers in Agartala have expressed surprises over increasing petrol prices in this state along with the whole nation. Today in Agartala the normal petrol jumped to Rs. 100.35 in Agartala. Talking to a consumer, he said, "The way prices are increasing, it's time to stop driving. The prices are going higher in an uncontrolled manner and in future, riding bikes will not be possible if the situation continues like this". Diesel price is also not lagging behind as its now Rs. 93.90 for today. An employee in Agartala Durga Bari petrol pump reported that customers' numbers are decreasing in petrol pumps due to the record breaking prices of petrol, diesel. Today's diesel price is Rs. 93.90.

Increasing prices of commodities have been affecting the lives in Tripura along with the whole nation. Increased LPG price hikes have already generated massive resentment among the common men in the state.At the same time, fuel price also goes unstoppable and everyday in rise, erupting anger among the public. 

In Tripura, the LPG price hiked to Rs. 967 (without Home Delivery) as Rs. 25.50 was hiked overnight and petrol prices have crossed hundred.
