Reportedly, the victim journalist  identified as Alak Ahmed Chowdhury was returning home after his work at Saturday evening when the miscreant Mohan Sarkar and his group attacked him. The miscreants brutally beaten him and snatched his gold chain and cash from him.

 

While talking to Media the victim said, "He is a very infamous goon of Lokkhibil area. Theft, looting people under broad day light is his regular job to do. It is not more than 7-8 days that he got bail from jail. Yet why the ruling government is sheltering him, letting him be in their party is a big question."

 

The journalist also filed a case against the miscreant Mithun Sarkar in Bishalgarh PS. Now it is to see, what action police takes to stop such incidents in Bishalgarh's Lokkhibil area.
