INTTUC knocks the door of CBI demanding CBI enquiry in Sarada Group chit fund case

AGARTALA, December 17 (TIWN): A Indian National Trinamool Trade Union Congress (INTTUC) delegation led by President of INTTUC Biplab Kar today knocked the door of Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) office at Agartala demanding CBI enquiry in the Sarada Group chit fund case.

Talking to TIWN, President of INTTUC Biplab Kar said that it was directed by the Supreme Court, investigation are to be executed through CBI related with Sarada Group in all the states. It is pertinent to mention, Sarada had a euphoric trades in chit fund in the state of Tripura also. The dreams of rank and file to earn some profit had tempted them to trap into the chit fund company, deposited their hard won money with a good faith. But their dreams comes to an end at the moment Sarada decided to close and withdraw their business from this state depriving all the investors to pay back the amount which is contrary to the matural justice too. Consequently, huge amount of thousands of investors have been blocked and cheated thereby. The malafied  and fraud intention of this company is going to cause a lot of hardship to each investor leading some of them to make sucide. The cases are to be immediately handed over to CBI to reveal the truth and make necessary arrangement to pay back all the investors, he mentioned.

Why till date the state Tripura is deprived of having a proper investigation through CBI, where there is prevailing order from the Supreme Court to execute the same? What is the mystery behind the climax?, he asked.

It is required to divulge here, lots of political and high profile influential name will come out if a proper investigation is done by the CBI, he claimed.

CBI investigation that already commenced in the state of West Bengal are to be executed in this state also for a proper and speedy disposal of the case attracts “justice delayed is justice denied”, he added.
