According to the details it is known, on June 4, police raided at Ratan Pal’s house in North Kalabaria area of ​​East Kalabaria Panchayat on a tip-off and recovered two drums cannabis under the ground weight 24 kg. But noticing the arrival of Police he had escaped on that day. Finally, on Monday night based on secret information of accused Ratan’s returning home, Belonia PS police rushed to his home and detained him. Later, he was brought to Belonia PS and took a case No-44 against him.

The accused, Ratan Pal  was taken to the Belonia District and Sessions Court on Tuesday by seeking 3 days remand and the court granted a three-day police remand under NDPS Act.
