AGARTALA, June 26 (TIWN): A 21-year-old man has committed suicide in Sonamara area of Ward No-14 of Kailasahar Pur Parishad area,

It is learned that Subrata Das, 21-year-old son of Sukhendra Das,resident of Sonamara area, on last night after dinner went to his room and fell asleep. In the morning the family member saw his room door was open and he was not present inside the room.

Immediately, the family members started searching for him and found his hanging body from a tree.

The family informed the Kailasahar PS. A large Police force rushed to the spot and took the body to Unakoti District Hospital in Kailasahar for an autopsy.

However, Kailasahar police officer Jyotish Das told the media that preliminary investigation says that he committed suicide but after autopsy report the death cause will reveal.

According to local sources, the deceased Subrata has been hanging out with unknown youngsters in recent days and was taking contraband items and centering this issue, a quarrel has been going on with his family.

The untimely death of Subrata has brought the shadow of mourn in the family along with the entire area
