NEW DELHI / AGARTALA, June 24 (TIWN): On 23 June 2021, IPFT leaders led by Minister Mebar Kumar Jamatia, Mangal Debbarma, AGS Prem Kumar Reang MLA Dananjay Tripura met BJP National Predident at New Delhi.

IPFT sources informed, "It was 45 minutes cordial discussion on various issues including High Power Modality Committee which was constituted by MHA, 125 constitutional (Amendment) Bill to be followed up action, regarding Kokborok script launching in Roman Script , Special Recruitment Drive for filling up of the Backlog and current vacancies post for ST SC and to consider special Rs 8882 cr which was recommended by Council of Minister of Tripura most importantly to maintain close coordination in State Govt. Administration and also alliance political party for augmentation to  deliver good governance in the State".

Reported, J.P. Nadda also told the IPFT leaders that he will visit Tripura soon.
