AGARTALA, June 23 (TIWN): Tripura Govt which is bound to regularize SSA, Forest Dept and Science Teachers as High Court directed for 'Regularization', but Education Minister Ratan Lal Nath claimed yesterday that Science Teachers were regularized by Tripura Govt after a cabinet decision and they were mentally prepared to regularize them during Court's hearing. The case on behalf of Science Teachers was preceded by Pururshottom Roy Barman whom Ratan Lal Nath called a "Comrade''. However, when Ratan Lal Nath is claiming this now, what was Tripura Govt's stand in the High Court about science teachers' regularization exactly ? Senior Advocate Purushottom Roy Barman said, "The teachers were recruited in 2012, June through proper selection procedure. The job condition was that after 5 years of fixed pay scale, the teachers will be regularized but after 5 years completion they were not regularized".

Purushottom Roy Barman said, "The Science Teachers had filed various cases in the High Court demanding regularization". Tripura Govt's stand was that Science teachers belong to Tanmoy Nath's case and the second statement was Science teachers do not have proper qualification and the third statement was the Science teachers were not appointed in condition of regularization. But the High court has dismissed all the pleas of the State Govt and ordered regularization".
