KAMALPUR, Dec 16 (TIWN): The court of SDM gave verdict for the deprived three months ago. The judgment ordered the execution within seven days. But till after 87 days, the order has not been executed. The dynamic leftist administration failed to ensure justice to a deprived person of this subdivision and the person roamed from door to door for securing the right but in vain.

One Ashutosh Shil of Indo-Bangla border adjacent Sonarai village of this subdivision filed a complaint with the SDM’s court about land dispute almost two years ago. He complained that, his two neighbors namely Bangshidhar Kurmi and Rabindramohan Kurmi had illegally possessed his two kanis of land and using it for production of crops.

After hearing both the parties, the court of SDM, Kamalpur gave verdict in favor of Ashutosh on 19/09/2014 last. The court ordered to merge the land of Ashutosh, illegally possessed by Bangshidhar and Rabindramohan to Ashutosh within seven days. But mysteriously, till today, Ashutosh has not got his part of the land and hopelessly roaming from door to door for the execution of the order. Even the Kamalpur Police Station failed to secure the right for Ashutosh. A day labor by profession, Ashutosh could not realize why the so-called dynamic administration lost its pace in case of him. What a saga of our leftist administration!
