AGARTALA, December 16 (TIWN): Jewels Club (Association) defeated Kalighat M.S. (Kolkata) in the 18th ONGC Lucky Srivastava football tournament at Swami Vivekananda Stadium, here today. They won the match by a margin of 2-1.

Kalighat M.S. (Kolkata) was dominant over their rival Jewels Club (Association) throughout the proceedings and made it an one sided match almost. Jewels Club (Association) displayed a spirited show but their inexperience and physical difference with the Kalighat M.S. (Kolkata) players made all the difference in the match.

Satyadeep Thapa scored a fabulous goal for Jewels Club (Association) in the starting of the match, he scored in the 28th minute.  Harisson scored a classical goal in 40th minute and sealed their victory against their rival Kalighat M.S. (Kolkata). The total match was a one sided match. 

Mostly the ball was in under control of the players of the Jewels Club (Association). While Md. Farid of Kalighat M.S. (Kolkata) was the only player who made a success in 81th minute.
