AGARTALA, June 17 (TIWN): BJP MLA Sudip Roy Barman who is the most popular face in the BJP right now but had a split from Biplab Deb's faction had returned angry, upset after a meeting as conducted at BJP Party Headquarter in Agartala Krishnanagar in the presence of Central leaders. The meeting was conducted after speculation was made that Bengal Trinamool leaders had contacted some MLAs of the BJP in Tripura. BJP party which has lost its popularity in Tripura under Biplab Deb already divided in two factions. Yesterday, BJP national leaders had rushed to Tripura including BJP National General Secretary B.L Santosh but the meeting with BJP MLAs remained unsatisfactory for many MLAs. No statement however came from any of the resented MLAs. On being asked, MLA Sudip Barman told media that he is No-One to give any statement before media but BJP State President Dr. Manik Saha should be asked about the conclusion of the meeting.

On the other hand statewide BJP's collapse continue and thousands of people are quitting the party and maximum are not joining any political party, which has increased the suspense further.

However, amid all these, Minister Ratan Lal Nath was trolled by the netizens after he said everything is in order and nothing to worry about the rumours. He is known as the pilot of Anti-Sudip Faction along with Biplab Deb and worked silently to terminate Sudip Barman from cabinet in 2019 and that was the beginning of BJP's clash in Tripura because Sudip Barman was always the strongest opposition face in the Left era. 

Analysis shows that Sudip Barman's followers are rather happy that the meeting was "unsuccessful" as BJP has no future in this state.
