AGARTALA, June 15 (TIWN): The dead body of 20-year-old housewife was found in the deep forest of Rangchung Tea Garden area under Kailasahar Women's Police Station after five days of her disappearance.
The demised housewife has been identified as Shilpi Uria, 20 years old. The demise Shilpi’s husband Debashish Malakar said, unlike every day on 10 June Shilpi went out for morning walk and did not return back. After many searches gathering no information the family two days later on 12 June lodged a missing diary case at the Kailasahar Women's PS. Later this afternoon, the workers of Rangchung Tea Garden while working got suspicious smell and saw Shilpi Uriya’s dead body was in hanging condition with a rope from a tree.
The workers immediately informed to Uriya’s family and Kailsahar Women’s police station. The police of Kailsahar Women’s PS including forensic team personnel, DCM rushed to the spot and started investigation. Though, the husband said no argument occurred with his wife and has no idea the reason behind her drastic step. Recovering a housewife's dead body after five days of disappearance from deep forest has generated tension in the area.
