AGARTALA / NEW DELHI, June 10 (TIWN): Tripura BJP's ally IPFT has sent a reminder letter to the Home Minister Amit Shah, PM Modi, BJP National President J.P.Nadda, in a press meet Minister Mebar Jamatia has told media.
Addressing the media, Mebar Jamatia said, "I have sent letters to the HM, PM, BJP President in the form of a reminder that the BJP, IPFT had come in alliance under some sort of agreements in the year 2018. We had a series of meetings in Guwahati, Delhi. There were 3 points and among those points an important point was the formation of a high-level committee under the Home Ministry, which was constituted before the election. In that committee it was clearly mentioned that the committee was constituted to look after the socio, economic and political problems.........the committee visited Tripura 2 times.....but no development held even after all parties, NGOs submission of letters.......as the report is being delayed to be delivered, so we demand the report should be published".
The Minister further demanded more power from the ADC.
