AGARTALA, June 10 (TIWN): A youth named Sanjit Giri, aged 32 years was found dead in Veluachar area under Kalamchaura PS on Thursday morning. According to the locals, Sanjit Giri, a resident of that area, went to the forest this morning to fetch firewood. At around 8.30 in the morning, a local saw Sanjit's unconscious body lying on the ground with a load of firewood on his side.
The news was immediately given at Sanjit's house. Family members, including locals, rushed to the spot and took his unconscious body to the Boxnagar Social Health Center. On reaching there, the doctor on duty declared him dead.
The body of the deceased has been sent for autopsy. Upon receiving this news, Kalamchaura Police rushed to the spot and filed an unnatural death lawsuit. Meanwhile, the whole family is mourning the sudden death of Sanjit. He is survived by two children and a wife. However, Sanjit's family is skeptical about the cause of death.
