AGARTALA, June 8 (TIWN): A thief was caught by locals and brought him to West Agartala Police Station as Police did not reach on spot even after being informed.

While brining, the thief was tied with ropes. On being asked, a senior citizen said that it is illegal to tie someone but when police don't do their job, then public are bound to take such actions.
