AGARTALA, June 7 (TIWN): 45 years old man died after being electrocuted while fixing an electric motor in a house at Khowai Chokber village.

The deceased has been identified as Shibu Debnath, who was electrocuted while working under a constructed house. The tragic mishap took place while he was working as a mason in Dilip Kumar Debnath’s house at Chakber village under Khowai PS on Monday.

The house owner said in front of the media that while Shibu was fixing an Electric Motor he was electrocuted. Immediately after the incident the injured Shibu was taken to Khowai District hospital. But before starting his treatment the on-duty doctors declared him dead.

Seeing his dead body his family broke down into tears at hospital premises.
