AGARTALA, June 5 (TIWN): After Netaji Subash Vidyaniketan like prominent school was looted by thieves twice in a week, within a few days another school was looted which is also a popular school located on the heart of the capital city Agartala - Ramnagar's Bani Vidyapith H.S. School. In the heart of the capital city Agartala, theft incidents go in uncontrolled manner amid Corona Curfew, raising questions on the law and order situation of the state once again. Even though police are getting success in Corona Curfew implementation and conducting raids in drug cases but against petty-level criminals like thieves, Tripura Police are still lagging behind in comparison to other states. Talking to the media, a teacher in the school said that this is not the first time this school has been looted but earlier also the same incidents took place. Today due to "World Environment Day", the school was open in the morning but after arriving in the school, it was understood that it had been looted massively. Police have taken notes of the situation and started investigation but last time also, no success was received leading to a second theft in this school.Â
